Toner cartridge was broken and I could not use. Needed to find a local dealer for replacement at higher cost!!! Waste of money!Update to my original post- the company reached out to me immediately after they received my complaint and sent me a replacement cartridge! I was very impressed. Everything they stated they would do to make this right occurred. I would buy from them again and would highly recommend. I am in education and their new toner arrived just when I needed to submit end of year paperwork.
