Purchased as a gift to a colleague to help them market thier new business venture. I was a bit skeptical about quality since I couldn't feel or see the product before buying, but I took a chance based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The backpack did take about 2 weeks to arrive since there was some custom engraving on the bag and it also arrived about a day earlier than Amazon estimated. I did get a chance to inspect the bag once my colleague received it and I must say the reviews were pretty accurate. It was of better quality than I anticipated and there are plenty of spaces for practically anything you would need to bring with you. Padding is good for the interior pockets and for the laptop storage compartment. The zippers, which tend to be the weakest area for low price backpacks in my experience, felt pretty solid. Stiching on the zippers seemed very good as well and the zippers slide with ease when opening or closing compartments. Only time and everyday use will tell about the longevity of the backpack,but for the price point, I'd say it's hard to beat especially if you just want a single item for promotional purpose. Most online custom promotional product stores require a minimum number of products in order for them to make it. It's great that Amazon doesn't have this limitation.
