Assembly difficulty was about "Beginner II" if I were to give it a level. Obviously, if you've never lifted a screwdriver in your life before, this would be considered advanced. The neck pillow is not ergonomic whatsoever. I moved it down to give the "lumbar pillow" more support. I then added a coccyx pillow and ergo neck pillow. I may get an actual lumbar pillow, but so far this set up works. Not a gamer. Was just looking for a more ergonomic chair for my home office. Pink is one of favorite colors and the price wasn't bad.I must confess I never leave any reviews (I do not have time or the desire to do so). However, I can't stop sharing how beautiful and great quality this chair is; it simply looks perfect. When I got it, it took me exactly 1 hour to assemble the chair (and this is the very first time I assemble anything in my entire life. So, if you have some experience, assembling this chair would be an easy task for you). Honestly, the picture doesn't show how pretty the chair is; the pink is not a ridiculous tone. Yes, it is still very girly, but it would not disappoint you. My friends and family are just in love with it. Additionally, I want to point out the excellent communication provided by the seller. Initially, FedEx caused a big mess and the seller was always prompt and easy to deal with. Thank you so much!First off I know this is a gaming chair and not an office chair. I was looking for a cost effective alternative to office chairs that started at $500. That being said, I use this chair every day as an office chair. After about year the shock went out. I asked the if a replacement was available. They got back to me immediately and sent me a replacement free of charge! It is very nice to see a company stand behind their product! I added lumbar support, arm pads, and seat cushion. I'll probably machine some rods to extend the foot rest about 18-24". I have fallen asleep in this chair before. Overall I would buy again!Using this as an adult. The back doesn’t adjust back, pretty uncomfortable! It was fairly easy to assemble. I’ve had the chair for a few month now and am looking for a new chair.Update: I removed the pillow, then the back finally adjusted. Seat has an adjuster but does not move.I purchased two chairs, one for me and my spouse. After a week's worth of the use both chairs begun to lose their height. After readjusting the chairs they kept going down.I have read the dissatisfied reviews from others about the response from the company. I'm inclined to disagree!!!! I emailed them on a Saturday afternoon and they responded in two hours. I sent them the information they need and they emailed that the parts are coming. I received the parts within the next week with the tracking numbers. Impressive!!!!!For the price, these chairs are good. Like anything else in the world, there are modifications they could make to help the chairs perform even better.I couldn't figure out how to get the foot rest on the right way, maybe it was made wrong, I'm not sure. It works fine without it though. It's pretty comfortable. I like how everything is adjustable.I saddens me that I must leave a negative review on this chair. This chair is not worth your money. The box arrived. It was rather large and somewhat heavy. The instructions for assembly were straight forward and the parts are labeled clearly.I am not a big fan of leather or Premium PU leather; but this was probably the first time I did not mind the way it felt on my skin. I just may have found the right chair for me. Assembly didn’t take to long. It was after it was assembled it when bad…I noticed that the front of the chair pithed forward, and the footrest would slide out if you nudged the chair. I measured the front and back of the chair and found that the rear sits 16.5" above the floor and the front sits about 15" above the floor. I thought maybe I assembled it wrong and went back through the instructions to verify everything was correct. Everything was installed according to the instructions.I went back through the manual one more time to make sure I adjusted the pitch knob correctly. After adjusting it I noticed that pitch was a little better. I sat down in it. It felt like I was going to slide out of the chair. I remeasured the chair again. This time the rear sits at 16" and the front is at 15”.The seat itself pitches too far forward. When you sit down in it, you must push down on the floor with your feet, so you don't feel like you are sliding out of the chair. In the end I have about an 1"-2" gap below my legs just to keep myself from sliding forward out of the chair and sitting up in a good ergonomic position. I am not able to sit all the way back in the chair with the tilt knob set at this angle. Nor can I use the pitch lock if the knob has been fully engaged. I loosened the pitch knob and attempted to lean back and lock, but it would lean back slightly and have no effect on the forward pitch. You tilt forward with the lock engaged.I can recline the chair and put my legs up using the footrest, but the chair lift feels wobbly and unstable. The lift under the chair will wobble and sway when you move around on it. If the back of the chair is not reclining more than about 45 degrees, the chair will drop my feet about 2” from the ground and fall forward and try to roll out from under me. If the chair back is reclined to about 180 degrees, the pitch will shift and drops my feet down about 5” from the ground and when I attempt to sit up it will fall forward and try to roll out from under me. I first must lift my legs up. Place them to the sides of the chair and slowly sit upward while supporting as much of my weight on my legs. I have fallen twice in this chair trying to recline and while just sitting down. I noticed that the lift is not centered under the seat. It actually sits back about 4” from the back edge of the seat. On my other cheap $30 chairs, they sit 8” or more from the rear of the seat. This would make sense and explain how easily it tips forward when you sit down and or put your legs up.When the footrest is set back in the chair, it will sometimes slide out and hit the back of my knees when I sit down or get up – and sometimes slide out while I just sit there. The information in the chair states that it has “heavy duty chair base with castors make a superb stable structure.” When I attempt to roll forward or backward on a low-profile carpet or carpet chair mat it stalls, the chair wobbles, and tips. If I move on a concrete, tile, or wood floor it will move across the floor with a slight drag. The chair specs state that it is designed for 300lbs. I weigh less than that and with the way it twists and turns and wobbles you’d think this chair would be rated for someone under 240lbs. I am also around the 5' 9" mark. When I sit down to recline and or put my feet up, there is about a good 1”-5” of tilt before the chair stops moving forward or backwards. The footrest doesn't even come near my feet. It stops at the top of my calves.I ordered the chair on 19 Oct 2021. It was delivered on the 22 Oct 2021. I assembled it the night of the 22nd. I contacted the seller with the issues I was having a few hours after the chair was assembled and set the chair to the side and continued using my old chair. They replied 23 Oct 2021 about 5:50pm the following day stating they believed my issue was the angle regulator and asked if I wanted to replace it. I replied yes. I was sent a FedEx tracking on 24 Oct 2021 for the part. The part was delivered on 28 Oct 2021.I replaced the part and that did not fix the issue. I have had the chair for 7 days. I have not sat more than 30 minutes in the chair. Today I sat in it to go over all the issues I had for this review. The hydraulic lift on the chair started to hiss and the chair lowered. I am now returning the chair. Is it reliable? NoIs it made of good quality materials? The cushion/leather is, not the base and mechanical items on it.Do I recommend this chair? No.
