I needed help constructing the chair as I am not very handy, but when it was complete, I was so impressed. This chair is built quite sturdy. The leg rest wasn't something for me, so I cannot comment, but everything else is just what I needed for some of my longer gaming sessions. For some perspective, I am right at 6' tall, and when I first used my chair weighed about 260. I am now hovering around 210 and I wanted to stress that everywhere in between was as comfortable as could be. One last thing I NEED to pass on to any other potential customers is that the service I received from this company was just above and beyond what I've come to expect from any vendor. I recommend them highly, and my family now owns 3 of these chairs.I've actually had this chair for about 2 years now, and it's still going strong. The padding has deflated a bit in the arms and rear-resting of the chair, but everything still functions perfectly. Every once in a while, I have to retighten the screws, and the screw covers for the chair keep popping off, but that's no big deal for me.Recline works well, the chair won't tip over on you when in full recline, the leg rest is sturdy, though it doesn't go out far enough for me to rest my feet on, only my legs so my feet hang off the edge unless in full recline mode.All in all, very sturdy product. Highly recommend if you're looking for a long-lasting, comfortable chair.Assembly was quick and being able to adjust chair to my wants was biggest factor. It's a great chair I also use for office work and during casual time while relaxing with family.When my chair arrived, the headrest had a scratch in it that would easily rip open if something caught it. I contacted the seller and asked about just a replacement head/back rest of the chair and they sent me an entire new chair! They definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. The second chair, the foot rest is a little crooked but not a huge deal. I really like the footrest option and it’s really easy to recline back with this chair and keep it secured in the upright position too. I don’t use it for gaming - it’s just my home office chair. It’s a little stuff to sit in, but I imagine the cushion will soften a bit over time. For the price this is a really great chair with a lot of additional options. And you the customer service was amazing - I really appreciate how quickly they responded and how they resolved the issue.This chair is excellent and is also great for taller people ( I am 6'2"). It is worth the money, hands down. Just want to include that I would have given it a five star rating, but a few, more minor, things are off. The strip pattern doesn't line up on the seat to the chair backing and the threaded holes are slightly off, so u have to slant the bracket to connect/level the two pieces...as well as the velcro to hold down the bracket cover is off (all of these are more of an ocd persons nightmare then an issue with functionality). Another issue, (again, I am 6'2") is that the levers to adjust the seat (up and down and to lock the reclining feature) are short and, thus, difficult to reach even when leaning over the arm rest, moderately, to reach/adjust. Lastly, the leg rest isn't the most practical...at least for my height. My wife decided to install the leg piece in the opposite direction that the piece indicates, to help extend the length a little (it works better for me but I rarely use it anyways). As for comfort, I fell asleep in it the first night using it and almost did the second time! Also want to clarify, because my wife was concerned when she bought this as a gift, the "PS5" in the title is assumably a keyword and holds no baring on the use/functionality of the chair or lumbar vibrating cushion!This chair is awesome, I love everything about it and it fits me very well. Not sure what your style and or taste is, but I love it. This review is for the DO1 Blue version. The seat isn't as soft as some of the other chairs I've owned, but that's not too big of an issue. You can always buy some extra seat cushions if it's not as soft as you would like it to be. Plus I think it might be better because then you can get the perfect fit for you. Kind of like buying a normal car and putting some upgrades on it making it better than a high end car, if you know what I mean. I prefer to do that instead because not only is it a better and more suitable car for me, but it's also unique. Also make sure you screw the bolts really well. Saw some comments about the arm rest coming loose after a while of use. I screwed them in really well and they seem to be holding up for me, so make sure you have somebody strong do it for you if you're not able too.First thing I noticed is none of the preview pictures have the logo on the back. I picked this one because the logo wasn't there. The one I got had the company logo on the back. Then no matter how I bolt the back to the bottom it leans to one direction. When I first put it together it was worse than it is now. I had to really try to force it not to tilt as I screwed the bolts down. I concluded that it the the frame inside the back piece that is leaning because I can't force it to not to have the slight tilt. The steel bracket that attaches the back to the bottom also has a slight curve to it which wasn't helping the situation. Its not horrible but it bugs my OCD. Then the usb motor for the vibration in the lumbar pad doesn't work at all. I messed with the connector for a bit and got it to vibrate for 30 seconds but then it stopped. I'm 6'3"in tall and this chair is tall enough to support my head if I lean back or lay down in it so that's a plus. It feels comfortable after sitting in it a few days. It's also quite wide so I fit well in it. I sit at a computer all day for my day job and have used many types of computer chairs. I would rate this chair as middle of the road office chairs. It works well now but I'm concerned about it lasting a year. It has wood inside the seat and back and I find those quicker to break down so I will see how long this one lasts. I don't sit in this everyday all day so I hope it last a little longer than my other chairs.The chair came in before the expected date, it is as described. It was easy to put together. It has a massage feature but I tried it once and dont like it. It has a leg rest, that I thought was neat when I read about it, but have tried it out and will probably end up taking it off as I wont be using it and it is in the way of regular chair use. It is a very comfortable chair to sit in, the back support is excellent, I like the how high the back of the chair is. I also like that it has padded arm rests. Overall It is a pretty good chair.While some assembled parts are wobbly and generally sturdy enough to sit however you want on the chair, the piston has started giving out after about 8 months and now a full year later it simply doesn't hold the height and you have to reset it every 10 minutes. Get another chair. They say they have a guarantee for 2 years and to contact them but there is no way to that I've found.I love how it looks. The arm wrest not sturdy with the Cushion, and they are becoming disfigured by just resting my arms on them - so you probably should avoid it. The comfort is good but I found those costco chairs to be more comfortable to sit in for a similar price point. Overall happy, it looks so cool, fairly easy to assemble.I have no complaints so far. This appears to be a great chair for the money. The "massage" feature just lightly vibrates. It is a nice bonus at no extra cost but is nothing noteworthy. The chair is sturdy, comfortable and can be a recliner with a foot rest when needed. What more could you want !? I will report back if I come across any issues down the road.I purchased this chair with most of the reviews being good without any big problems.Upon receiving the chair and putting it together I found that a lot of the stitching was extremely poorly done(loose stitching, foam sticking out of areas and in one part of the backrest looks like it was stitched together and then all the stitching was removed leaving a bunch of holes). Putting it together was a bit of a hassle as some of the holes didn't line up and screws they said you needed to use in the arm rests were incorrect and needed different screws to work.When all is said and done, the chair is semi comfy but I will be returning it as this is the worst craftsmanship i've seen on a product I've bought WITH no customer service.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE FINE WITH BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP.
